1) What is the Sonepar Ontario Rewards Program? 

The Sonepar Ontario Rewards Program is an incentive program that lets eligible customers earn points by purchasing participating vendor’s eligible products. Points can be redeemed for travel, brand-name merchandise, experiences and more 

2) How do I earn points? 

Earn 1 point for every 1 dollar spent on eligible products from participating vendors. Points are calculated monthly, minus any returns. For full details, see the Rules page under Program Information. 

4) Are you offering any special promotions? 

Various promotions with opportunities to earn additional points will be run throughout the year. Keep an eye on your inbox for promotion announcements! 

5) How do I know how many rewards points I've earned? 

Check your account summary anytime under ‘My Program’ or on the welcome page. You’ll also receive a monthly e-statement 

7) How do I redeem Rewards Points? 

Redeem points in the ‘Rewards’ section of the website. Select your reward, confirm your order and follow the instructions for delivery or travel bookings. For travel, please allow at least three weeks’ notice 

8) Can I redeem points for cash or in-store credit? 

No, Sonepar Rewards Points are only redeemable via the rewards portal 

9) Do points expire?  

Yes. Points expire after 36 months of inactivity. You will be notified before they expire 

11) Can multiple people from my company access the same account? 

No, only one authorized user can have access to an account
